Residents and Non-Resident will be required to make a $100.00 refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is fully refundable provided all decorations, etc. have been taken down upon departure. Also, the grounds around the Gazebo must be in the same condition as prior to the arrival of the parties. If the above is not met then the party will forfeit the $100 deposit.
