Bragg Hill Road Culvert Replacement has been Postponed Until Tuesday, August 20, 2019

Weather permitting on Tuesday, August 20, 2019 a portion Bragg Hill Road is anticipated to be temporarily closed for the replacement of a culvert. A culvert is a structure that allows water to flow under a road from one side to the other side, due to the location of the culvert it will be necessary to close the road to facilitate this work.

Residents of Bragg Hill Road should use Barrel Hill Road for an alternate route of travel to and from their residence, Please be advised that there is no option to turn a vehicle around near the work zone due to the width of the road.  Work is scheduled to take place between 7:00AM and 3:00PM. Please plan ahead for travel and seek an alternate route.

The replacement of the culvert is dependent on good weather, and no equipment breakdowns. Unfortunately, this type of work is susceptible to the weather, unexpected equipment failures, and unforeseen site conditions.
