Public Information Meetings for Proposed Zoning Changes

The Planning Board will hold two public information meetings to discuss four proposed changes to the Town's Zoning Bylaw that will be considered at the November Special Town Meeting:

- Enacting a temporary moratorium on the retail sale of marijuana.
- Creating a Landfill Overlay District that will encompass the existing landfill properties and the new property that Waste Management plans to acquire for expansion.
- Revisions to the residential section of the Zoning Bylaw’s Table of Uses.
- Deleting an unnecessary section from the Floodplain Overlay District.

The information meetings will be held on:

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 7, 2017 AT 10:00 AM - the Library's Eloranta Room and TUESDAY, OCTOBER 17, 2017 AT 7:00 PM- Selectmen's Meeting Room at Town Hall
