Roadwork Anticipated to Start on South Ashburnham Road on July 25, 2022

Plan ahead for travel and expect delays while construction is in progress.

On Monday, July 25, 2022, roadway construction activities are anticipated to begin at 7 AM on South Ashburnham Road. Milling activities will take place from the Ashburnham town line to Bean Porridge Hill Road, and include a section of Oakmont Drive from South Ashburnham Road to the railroad bridge. Work is scheduled for Monday through Friday between the hours of 7 AM and 4 PM each day barring any unforeseen circumstances weather conditions and equipment issues. It is anticipated that paving will take place in this area the week of August 8, 2022, with line striping activities following shortly after. Please plan for travel and expect delays while construction activities are in progress. Our goal is to have these heavily travel roadways paved prior to the start of the school year.
