Public Zoom Meeting; BEAN PORRIDGE HILL ROAD

A public meeting via Zoom has been scheduled to discuss Bean Porridge Hill Road in Westminster, RTN 2-21866, in accordance with G.L. c. 21E, s. 14(a) and 310 CMR 40.1404, as follows:

An Immediate Response Action Status Report #8 and Proposed Immediate Response Action Plan Modifications were filed with MADEP on April 16, 2024.  Individuals or groups may submit comments concerning this report.  All comments must be made in writing, must be submitted by May 13, 2024, and must be provided to Kristina Engberg, Esq., either via email or mail:  kengberg@lawson-weitzen.com, Lawson & Weitzen, LLP, 88 Black Falcon Avenue, Boston, MA, 02210.
