FY24 The current Water/Sewer bills have been mailed out, and are due by Monday, November 27, 2023.  Town Hall hours are Monday 7:00am – 7:00pm, Tuesday through Thursday 7:30am - 4:30pm, and closed on Fridays (cash or check at the counter).  For your after-hour convenience, we have a locked drop box located in front of the Town Hall for checks only. Checks are made payable to the “Town of Westminster”. You can also pay with a debit or credit card at the Online Payments link on our Town website (www.westminster-ma.gov), until midnight of the due date. If you do not receive your bill, please contact the Treasurer/Collector’s Office.  If you have any questions regarding billing dates, rates, or usage, please contact the Dept. of Public Works directly at 978-874-5572.  The office hours at the DPW are 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday.
