2026 The Town of Westminster Motor Vehicle Excise Tax bills for 2026 are due by Thursday, March 12, 2026. Town Hall hours are Monday 7:00am – 7:00pm, Tuesday through Thursday 7:30am - 4:30pm (cash or check at the counter), closed on Fridays.  For your after-hour convenience, we have a locked drop box located in front of the Town Hall for checks only. Checks are made payable to the “Town of Westminster”. You can also pay with a debit or credit card at the Online Payments link on our Town website (www.westminster-ma.gov). If you do not receive your bill in the mail, please contact the Treasurer/Collector Office.  If you have any questions regarding any vehicle you no longer own or have registered, please contact the Assessor’s Office directly at 978-874-7401.
