Planning Board

What's New……

The Planning Board will spend the summer working with Town Counsel to craft a zoning bylaw to regulate recreational marijuana facilities, with the intention of having a bylaw ready for the public's consideration sometime this fall.

With the second phase of the Zoning Bylaw overhaul project complete, the Planning Board will now focus on the third and last phase, which is revising the signage provisions within the Zoning Bylaw. The Board will spend the bulk of 2018 on this effort.
