Below are projects currently going through the approval process before the Planning Board:

88 State Rd West

Notice is hereby given to the residents of the Town of Westminster that pursuant to 
Section 203 – Table of Uses, 205-33 Apartments and attached dwellings of the 
Westminster Zoning Bylaws. Westminster Planning Board will hold a public hearing on 
Tuesday March 24, 2026 at 6:00 PM in Room 205, Westminster Town Hall, 11 South 
Street, to discuss the Site Plan, Stormwater Management and Low Impact Development 
application submitted by State Road West 88, LLC – John Depres to construct three, 9 
unit buildings and one five unit building totaling 32 units. Property is in an R1 district
located at Map #102 Parcel 9&10. A copy of the applications are available for public 
review at the Town Clerk’s office and Planning Department office during normal Town 
Hall business hours.
