Westminster Senior Housing Project
The Town is coordinating with its consultant (Commonwealth Community Developers) on a construction schedule. Groundbreaking will likely begin in November 2023 with construction expected to take 15-18 months barring any further delays. Once built, the town will have 50 affordable senior apartments behind the Senior Center at 69 West Main Street.
