Main Street Temporary Water Service Interruption - Tuesday, December 10, 2019

The Westminster Department of Public Works is currently working to repair a water main break at 182 Main Street today, Tuesday, December 10, 2019. The water main break is impacting water service from the intersection of Elliot Street and Main Street to the intersection of Route 140/Route 2A. Water service will be temporarily interrupted at approximately 9:00 AM to allow the Town to repair the water main leak and return water service as soon as possible. The duration of the interruption of service will depend on the conditions encountered.

Once the work has been performed, your water service will be restored. Please note that the water may contain air or be discolored after the water service is restored but should clear up after running the cold water tap for a short time period of time.
