Notification of Aquatic Treatment - Wyman Lake

WYMAN LAKE - WESTMINSTER
Wyman Lake in Westminster will be chemically treated with Reward (Diquat) and Clipper (Flumioxazin) to control nuisance aquatic vegetation on Monday, July 8th.
The use of the lake will be restricted as follows:
Swimming, boating and fishing – Restricted until July 9th
Direct drinking and cooking – Restricted until July 12th
Livestock watering – Restricted until July 10th
Irrigation – Restricted until July 14th
The work is being performed for the Wyman Lake Association pursuant to permits (licenses) issued by Mass DEP, Office of the Watershed Management and the Westminster Conservation Commission. The work is being performed under contract with SOLitude Lake Management.
