Old Town Hall - Proposals Received and Under Review

PROPOSALS UNDER REVIEW - OLD TOWN HALL/HISTORIC MEETINGHOUSE

In September of 2021, the Town of Westminster Massachusetts issued the third round of Request For Proposals (RFP) for the sale and re-use of the Old Town Hall/Historic Meetinghouse.  These proposals were due March 1, 2022.  An RFP review committee, comprised of appointed/elected town officials was assigned to review the proposals and issue a recommendation.

On March 28, 2022, the Select Board heard from representatives from the three organizations that submitted proposals and the review committee.  At this time, an official determination has not been made as the Board is still reviewing the proposals.
