The Patricia Road Culvert Replacement is Scheduled to Begin on Tuesday, November 19, 2019 – Expect Delays and Plan Ahead for Travel.

The Westminster Highway Department is scheduled to begin the Patricia Road Culvert Replacement on Tuesday, November 19, 2019. Construction activities are planned to take place between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM. It is strongly recommended that residents plan for extra time for their commutes, traffic delays are expected. Please use caution while traveling through the work zone, steel plate(s) will be in use while the culvert is being constructed. The Town of Westminster appreciates your patience during this project.
