Proposed Changes to Zoning Bylaw

Notice to all Westminster Residents

The Planning Board will hold two public information meetings to discuss four proposed changes to the Town's Zoning Bylaw:

  • Enacting Village Center Zoning for our town center.
  • Revising the Table of Uses for new businesses and industries
  • Revising Dimensional Requirements for new businesses and industries, and
  • Revising the Zoning Bylaw's Definitions section

The information meetings will be held on:
THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 11, 2016 AT 7:00 PM- Selectmen's Meeting Room at Town Hall
and
SATURDAY, MARCH 5, 2016 AT 10:00 AM - the Library's Eloranta Room
