Public Meeting via Zoom - Bean Porridge Hill Road

A Public Meeting via Zoom has been scheduled to discuss Bean Porridge Hill Road in Westminster - AUGUST 9TH @ 6:00 PM - RTN-2-21866, in accordance with G.L. c. 21E, s. 14(a) and 310 CMR 40.1404, as follows:

An Immediate Response Action Status Report #5, Response to MassDEP Comments, and Proposed Immediate Response Action Plan Modifications was filed with MADEP for this site on July 14, 2023.  At this time, individuals or groups may submit comments concerning this Immediate Response Action Status Report. All comments must be made in writing, must be submitted by August 18, 20234, and must be provided to Kristina Engberg, Esq., either via email or mail:  kengberg@lawson-weitzen.com, Lawson & Weitzen, LLP, 88 Black Falcon Avenue, Boston, MA, 02210.
