Real Property Assessments - Town of Westminster

Starting in July 2022, the Board of Assessors, with the assistance of Vision Government Solutions, will be conducting a full measure and list of real property over the next twelve (12) months.

The Massachusetts Depatment of Revenue and the Bureau of Local Assessment Certification Standards, requires that a periodic data inspection program provide for the inspection of each parcel at least once every ten (10) years.

The Cyclical Inspection Process is not an effort to raise taxes. The goal behind these inspections is to ensure the accuracy of our data on our property reecord cards.  Verifying the accuracy of our data is a critical element in ensuring that our assessed values are fair and equitable.
