Walk-In Flu Clinic ~ November 4, 2021

The Board of Health is hosting a Walk-In Flu Clinic on Thursday, November 4th from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Meetinghouse School Gym, 8 South Street. 
Flu Shots are available to Westminster Residents and Town Employees. 
There will be a Check-In process, please be patient and make sure you bring your Insurance cards. Attached to this page is an insurance form that you can fill out ahead of time to expedite check-in process.
Please park in the Westminster Elementary School parking lot and proceed to Meetinghouse School for check-in.
MASKS ARE MANDATORY!!
