The Westminster Highway Department is scheduled to begin the rehabilitation of the Whitney Street culvert on Tuesday, April 19, 2022. Construction activities are anticipated to last approximately one week. It is strongly recommended that residents plan for extra time for their commutes, traffic delays are expected. Please use caution while traveling through the work zone, steel plate(s) will be in use while the culvert is being constructed. Seek an alternate route if possible as there could be short-term road closures.
