Public Hearing on Zoning Bylaws

The Board of Selectmen is seeking additional public input on how the Town should zone for recreational marijuana, so any zoning changes on this topic will be dealt with at a later date.

In the meantime, the Planning Board is proposing three minor amendments to the Zoning Bylaw:
1. Revising the Zoning Bylaw's definition for Medical Marijuana Treatment Center/Registered Marijuana Dispensaries to reflect recent changes to State law.
2. Rezoning the Aubuchon warehouse parcel from Commercial-I to Industrial-I.
3. Establishing minimum lot size and frontage requirements for the Village Center district.

You can find the text of the proposed zoning changes by clicking here.

The Planning Board will hold a public hearing on these amendments on Tuesday night March 13, 2018 at 7:40 pm.
