Westminster Public Zoom Meeting and Quarterly Submittal Notification (PFAS)

A public Zoom meeting has been scheduled to discuss Bean Porridge Hill Road in Westminster, RTN 2-21866, in accordance with G.L. c. 21E, s. 14(a) and 310 CMR 40.1404, as follows:

An Immediate Response Action Status Report #17 was filed on July 14, 2026.  Individuals or groups may submit comments concerning this report.  All comments must be made in writing, must be submitted by August 21, 2026, and must be provided to Lessard Environmental, Inc., either via email or mail to: westminster@lessard-environmental.com, Lessard Environmental, Inc., 121 Loring Ave., Suite 560, Salem, MA 01970.  This comment period has been voluntarily extended beyond the regulatory twenty-day comment period.

A Zoom webinar will be held on August 12, 2026, at 6:00pm to provide information about the Immediate Response Action Plan.
