Sargent Road LLC Proposed 108 unit 40B Project

Summit Estates at Sargent Road LLC has applied to Mass Housing for a proposed 40B project on Sargent Road. The project proposes to include a 108 unit, 2 buildings containing 36 units and 3 buildings containing 12 units each, residential rental project located at Sargent Road in Westminster, MA. At this time, the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities (EOHLC) and Mass Housing are determining if the project is eligible under the 40B-Comprehensive Permit process. Public comments at this phase will be taken for 30 days and should be forwarded to Caroline Albert, Land Use Administrative Assistant at calbert@westminster-ma.gov.

Please note: there will be many opportunities for the public to offer comment during the Comprehensive Permitting Phase should the project be deemed eligible and an application is recieved.
