Village Off Main St on Adams St Comprehensive Permit:

Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on the petition of Adams St. Investment LLC, for approval of a Comprehensive Permit on a parcel of land located at Map 109/99 parcel 85/1.2&42, 112 Main Street, 5 Adams Street, 14 Bacon street & Bacon Street- Rear, Westminster MA 01473 in accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. c. 40B §§ 20-23, and 760 CMR 56. Said hearing will be held at the Westminster Senior Center, 69 West Main Street on April 21, 2026 at 6:30PM.

Summit Estates on Sargent Rd Comprehensive Permit:

Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on the petition of Summit Estates at Sargent Road LLC, for approval of a Comprehensive Permit on a parcel of land located at Map 82, Lot 1 & 2 88, 100 Sargent Road, in accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. c. 40B §§ 20-23, and 760 CMR 56. Said hearing was opened at the Westminster Town Hall, 11 South Street, Room 205 on Thursday, January 16, 2025 at 6 p.m. Continued to April 21st 2026, 6PM at the Westminster Senior Center, 69 West Main St.
