Short-Term Rentals, Hotels, Motels, Bed & Breakfasts
The Board of Health has promulgated Regulations for Lodgings. These became effective April 1, 2024.
These regulations apply to the following lodging operations: Hotels, Motels, Bed & Breakfast, and Short-Term Rentals (AirBnB, VERBO)
Homeowners who would like to rent their home out for a period of less than 30 days are required to apply for a Lodging Operation permit through the Board of Health. You must apply prior to operating. Please review the regulations for information on how to proceed with this process. Contact the office with any specific questions.
