Body Art in Westminster

The Board of Health has promulgated Regulations for Body Art in Westminster. These became effective April 1, 2024. 

These regulations apply to body piercing, tattooing, cosmetic tattooing (microblading/micropigmentation).

Those looking to open up a Body Art Establishment or individuals looking to become permitted in Westminster to be a Body Art Practitioner, are required to review the attached regulations and apply through our attached applications. Body Art Establishments will require plans to be submitted for review prior to signing off on building permits.
