A public meeting via Zoom has been scheduled to discuss Bean Porridge Hill Road in Westminster, RTN 2-21866, in accordance with G.L. c. 21E, s. 14(a) and 310 CMR 40.1404

An Immediate Response Action Status Report #8 and Proposed Immediate Response Action Plan Modifications were filed with MADEP on April 16, 2024.  Individuals or groups may submit comments concerning this report.  All comments must be made in writing, must be submitted by May 17, 2024, and must be provided to Kristina Engberg, Esq., either via email or mail:  kengberg@lawson-weitzen.com, Lawson & Weitzen, LLP, 88 Black Falcon Avenue, Boston, MA, 02210.

A public meeting will be held via the Zoom platform on May 14, 2024 at 6:00pm to provide information about the Immediate Response Action Plan.

Well Moratorium Information

At the Board of Health meeting on 1/17/2024, the Board of Health voted to lift the Well Moratorium in the PFAS study area. Please click on the link called "Drilling Wells in the PFAS Study Area" in the News & Announcements section. 

Individuals looking to drill wells within this Study Area must comply with the signed process for drilling wells. Individuals looking to drill wells need to also fill out and submit a recorded "Deed Notice" document
