Open Burning

Open Burning is allowed under Sate Law between January 15 - April 30 each year.

Residents meeting the requirements must obtain a burning permit by and pay a permit fee. 

The process to purchase a permit is a two step process which you can start by clicking here. Permits are also available at the fire station subject to firefighters availablity due to ongoing incidents. 

Step 1: Pay Your Permit Fee is done by purchasing your permit though the towns banking system by clicking here.

Step 2: Apply For Your Permit: Have the confirmation number ready to enter. For new users, an account will need to set up. For existing users please, use your previous account. Click here.
