Open Burning

Westminster Burn Permits

Open Burning is allowed under Sate Law between January 15 - April 30 each year.

Residents meeting the requirements must obtain a burning permit by and pay a permit fee. 

You can now apply for your permit and pay for your permit through the Westminster Burn Permit portal by Click here.
