CROCKER POND - 2024 BEACH SEASON
MA-DPH has issued a letter to the Health Department regarding PFAS sampling at Crocker Pond. The results of this sampling effort indicate that PFAS is present, however, the waterbody is considered safe for swimming. The level came back at 14 PPT. This is below the drinking water standard (20PPT). Any questions regarding this, please reach out to our office.

The Westminster Board of Health voted to update the fee schedule. These fees will become effective July 1, 2024.

WELL MORATORIUM INFORMATION
At the Board of Health meeting on 1/17/2024, the Board of Health voted to lift the Well Moratorium in the PFAS study area. Please click on the link called "Drilling Wells in the PFAS Study Area" in the News & Announcements section.
Individuals looking to drill wells within this Study Area must comply with the signed process for drilling wells. Individuals looking to drill wells need to also fill out and submit a recorded "Deed Notice" document
